Responsibilities:

- Preparing Proposals for Tender/Bid
- Contract Evaluation
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Assist clients and satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Preparing tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Preparing Quotations and Proforma Invoice
- Providing Pre-Sales support services and providing technical back up as required
- Preparing reports for Management and keeping customer records
- Coordinate Sales Projects
- Supporting Marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Assisting the Commercial Director
- Admins and other duties requested by management.

Responsibilities:

- Project Management for the implementation of Digital Forensics and Cyber Security solutions for government clients across the region
- Evaluation of Request for Proposal
- Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposal
- Preparation of Bill of Materials for Projects and Tenders

- Coordinate with partner regarding all project-related activities
- Installation and Upgrade of the system
- Configuration and Tweaking of the system
- Troubleshooting
- Monitoring and maintenance of data graphs of servers such as Traffic
Throughput and CPU Usage as well as logs via GUI and CLI
- Optimizing and Bypassing of specific subscriber IPs from the system
- Assist clients on technical support and documentation (i.e Methods of
Procedure, Root Cause Analysis and Network Diagrams) requirements
- Manages tickets for technical support
- Performing KPI test and acceptance tests for customers data through speed test devices such as BrowseMeter of Flash Networks
- Performs System and User Acceptance test for Web and Video Optimization for customers
- Performs site survey for server locations and power requirements
