Design, construction and technical assistance to the operation of a desalination plant by reverse
osmosis, as well as the execution of civil works
 Negotiate contract terms, scope of work, milestones, timelines, and pricing, aiming to
secure mutually beneficial agreements (claims, snag list, taking over certificate…)
 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, and
contractual obligations
 Bank reconciliation, general bookkeeping, treasury management,
 Oversee the financial management of subcontractors and suppliers, including approving
payment requests
 Supervision and management of the accounting and tax obligations and audits
 Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances, identifying risks, and implementing
corrective actions and cost control measures as needed
 Preparation and management of financial reports, including P&L, cash flow projections,
and balance sheets, to provide regular updates to the head office finance director
 Manage project cash flows, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet project
requirements
