1)to create Showroom decorations for all of the branches (GH, Dubai Mall, Deira).
2) Managing of the shops which are located in Dubai.
Nextmart is the startup company, which allows customers to order products from their nearest supermarket through our Platform.
My role was:
1) To find/hire team members for Nextmart.
2) To make training for new employees.
3) Control their effective/productive work.
