Responsible for the whole process of accounting from bookkeeping to reporting. Provides daily financial reports to management to oversee the day to day business operations status by researching and analyzing accounting data. Prepares specific financial reports as requested by management and other departments to contribute to team effort in realizing the company’s goals.
Key responsible in accounts payable management working together with a group of professionals. It encompasses all works from verification of documents to ensure that it complies with company set rules of payment processing, invoice posting in the system, account reconciliation, and preparation of the payment either by fund transfer or cheques.
Handled the various sections of accounting such as costing, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, property, plant and equipment in-charge, and payroll. Provides financial reports to management by summarizing all accounting data and providing cost fluctuations analysis.
As part of our degree program, I was able to expose myself to the external auditing through our on-the-job training. Performing audit procedures as part of obtaining reasonable assurance as to the fair presentation of the client's financial statements.
