• Responsible for providing advanced technical support, consultation and remote diagnostics for the DeltaV/PlantWeb Systems for end user customers and engineering organizations worldwide i.e. includes identifying potential product design or quality issues, workarounds for such product issues and consults Product Engineering in using advanced diagnostics tools.
• Determines resources required in resolving product issues within the team, e.g., troubleshooting tools, etc.
• Understands client processes and their relevance to the companies’ products and solutions.
• Owns customer issues and provides timely updates, and sets escalation priority \{(to Product Engineering in Austin TX. (USA) and Leicester (UK)\}.
• Prepares quotations for advanced services e.g. DeltaV network audit and on-site troubleshooting
• Author and Reviewer of a number of Knowledge Based Article that serve as technical reference of Emerson country offices and representatives, customers worldwide
• Appointed as department internal auditor for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification

• Conducts technical training on Computer and Advanced Network Troubleshooting
• Configures and install networks such as LAN, MAN and WAN (Internet connections)
