• Good Connection with major MEP consultant such as NEB, Mimar Engineering Consultant, Atkins, K&A, IBA, CEG, GAJ, Dewan Architect, NSE, Bel-Yoahah, Model Engineering Consultant, AE7, Archen, Urban architect, SPEC and other consultants.
• Major clients include: LULU, Nesto, Danube, Secure Engineering, Al Zarooni Investment, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), BAM Group, Alokozay group, Standard Carpets and other major clients
• Overall responsible for Sales, Business Development and Spec-in for LG CAC products in Qatar & Bahrain regions.
• Responsible for achieving sales target
• Working closely with consultant from the design stage.
• Involve in marketing and promotional activities for LG CAC
• Negotiate and close projects with contractors
• Negotiate with factory for strategic price positioning to secure the project
• Provide technical and sales support for all CAC products including product selection and ratification using LG Software to our Distributors and Dealer Contractors
• Responsible for verifying the technical submittal for the major projects before submitting to the consultant and follow up for timely approval
• Conduct training on timely basis for the distributor Sales and Application team
• Conduct technical seminar for the Client, Consultants, Main Contractors and all stake holders involved
• Arrange factory visit for Client, Contractor and Consultant.
• Prepare monthly reports to Management
• Good connection with major MEP consultant such as AEB, QDC, KEO, AECOM, Diwan Architect, EHAF, ECG, Dar Al Handasah, South west architect, MZ Partners, Petra Design Consultant, Dar Consult, SJM Consultant (Bahrein) and other major consultants
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify business and technical users who might benefit from company products or services and
maximize client potential in designated regions by meeting regular sales targets
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their
requirements
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Involve in project design validations with mechanical consultants
• Technical seminar, presentations and demonstrate how the product meets client needs
• Involve in marketing activities of Carrier/Toshiba HVAC equipment
• Organize visits to manufacturing facilities for customers
• Prepare monthly business review report on project leads
• Prepare product presentations, catalogue and other marketing tools.
