- Preparation of AMCs for facilities such as Air Compressors, Steam Boilers, Air Conditioning Units, Lint and Tank Cleaning. Etc.
- Ensure TPM implementation through ERP, coordination with operations for the Work Order generation.
- Work with Safety team for successful implementation of ISO 45001:2018 certification.

- Prepared, authored and led the equipment standards for “big bag” handling which was distributed in all Nestle factories around the world as a working standard to modify and update the big bag handling system. Ensured a feasible solution for all plants across Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
- Assisting in the Commissioning of factories, conducting FATs and SATs for multiple equipment, checking compliances with industry standards.
- Supplier negotiations for multiple equipment across various international markets, for several projects.
- Leading Capital Investment projects and ordering of new equipment for various processes and projects.
- Leading projects on over-wrapping packaging for a Latin American project. The equipment was worth 2 million € for 3 lines.
- Pilot plant trialling and installation of equipment ordered through CapEx, testing for quality and hygienic design.
- Part of the Focussed Improvement and Lean Pillar.
- Assist in safety audits and preparing the operating procedures for forklifts in a factory environment.

- Design of a production system for the engineering division & Lean Implementation. Based on Lean Manufacturing and
agile manufacturing.
- Bottom-up cost calculation of transmission, engine and powertrain components of leading automobile manufacturers.
- Benchmarking, costing and cost reduction.
