Scrutinising contract/ tender documents for the review of technical specifications, estimates and tenders of day-to-day activities
Drafting technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications & BOQ to clients
Taking part in bid initiation & review meetings
Floating enquiries to receive quotation for the materials, services, and subcontract works for the preparation of estimation
Following up with the suppliers/subcontractors to obtain quotations; performing comparison studies based on suppliers’ quotations
Preparing techincal qualifications for any deviations according to project specifications along with costing
Preparing techno-commercial proposals in compliance with the client requirements specified in the RFP documents
Maintaining documentation, record keeping, and suppliers / manufacturers data bank record
Prepares direct, indirect manpower & equipment histograms
Facilitating preparation and verification of detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) from tender documentation
Attending Pre Tender meetings & site visit to get complete knowledge about the Tender & site conditions
Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender/contract documents, &cost estimates variation/deviation proposals and so on
Liaising with necessary departments to obtain tender summary and proposal for final pricing
Preparing Cash flow analysis based on payment terms in RFP documents
