Promoting High performance Protective coating paints to major Industrial Segments like Oil & Gas, OEM’s, Pre-Engineered Buildings manufacturers, Transmission & Power, Light & Heavy vehicle segments etc.
Closely working with major clients, consultant & Contractors to understand their Paint requirement based on the environmental conditions & substrate used and suggesting products which would meet their requirements.
Attending the protective coatings program arranged by NACE and expanding the networks with all the NACE Members.
Probing the market continuously to understand the major upcoming projects and to meet the concerned Client, Consultant & contractor and getting the approvals.
Meeting the consultant regularly to make them aware about the product ranges offered by making presentations.
Meeting the existing as well as new customers on regular basis and promote new products whenever it is launched.
Continuous follow up with existing customers to increase the business share with them .
Identifying prospective new customers and creating new businesses to sustain continuous growth.
Conducting Key customer meets every month for key Customers and to build technical & personal relationship with them.
Conducting Training programs for painters & QC Team at the customer end and to build Product Brand and confidence in their mind.
Promoting speciality chemicals which goes into Home and personal care products.
Identifying new customers and converting them into business
Maintaining existing customers and supporting them with new products and services.
Market potential mapping and identifying competitors activities related to dealers, pricing, equivalent products etc.
Promoting new products with existing as well as new customers.
Effectively achieving sales target every month.
Finding scope in other industries like textile & leather in order to develop to extend companies product portfolio.
Marketing of Industrial Paint product to Prospective industrial customers.
Identifying the needs of the customer and suggesting products that satisfies the customer.
New developments and maintaining the existing Customers.
Increasing share of Business within the existing customer base
Existing customers includes Automotive industries, other OEM’S and General Industries & Channel partners(Dealers)
Identifying the Potential Industrial Customers and converting them into Business Partners thereby increasing the market share.
Regular Visits to the Customer end to ensure long-lasting Cordial relationship with the customer.
Effectively achieving the Budgeted targets set by the company.
Creating Confidence in the minds of the Customer by guaranteeing full Support with the Products & Services which is helpful in building the Brand of the Company.
