KEY DELIVERABLES
Project Controlling, Planning & Management
* Finalizing requirements based on specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters, accessing sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
* Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within budgeted time & cost and effective resource utilization through project scheduling including material & manpower planning to maximize the output.
* Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards.

* Controlling procurement and logistics
Contract Administration & Resource Planning
* Managing the vendor finalizing process from floating enquiries and evaluation of bids to awarding of contracts; liaising with bidders in regard to techno-commercial negotiations for Vendor /subcontractor appointment.
* Directing the functions of Receipts, Inspection, Storage, Issues & Related Documentation, finalisation of Transportation Contracts, Bill processing etc.
* Interacting with Main Contractors; monitor their performance in view of project schedule. Settle all techno commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
* Conducting internal meeting to brief project team regarding project scope & deliverables.
* Presenting Monthly Project Report to management.
* Implementing Company Quality and Health & Safety Policy.
NOTED CONTRIBUTIONS
• Play an instrumental role in controlling project for Supply & Installation of Cryzonic, Hot & Cold insulation. Scaffolding, Fire Proofing and Refractory with good quality and profit.
IT SKILLS
* Proficient in working with Windows XP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet and Email (MS Outlook)
* Working environment of ERP (ORACLE), E-Business Suite for project supply chain monitoring and control.
