Increased the biscuit Production to 60 ton/shift from the level of 45ton/ shift, reduced the wastage and yield improvement by modifying and changing production parameters.
•Maintained and managed Biscuit and Chewing Gum processing line and utilities.

•Responsible for production planning & control including material balancing and analysis for reconciliation and final report submitting.

•Implemented Iso quality systems and maintained its documents.
•Managed and maintained the spare parts and inventory for the engineering stores.
Headed a technical team for maintenance of, wafer, Chocolate, Tahini, and other sesame product producing plants.
•A robotic secondary packaging system was installed and commissioned.

Initiated and implemented energy (fuel) savings technology for biscuit ovens, which were, better insulation for oven, analysis of flue gas and correction, and variable frequency drives for circulation and turbulence fan of ovens.

•Was actively involved in the implementation of the GMP's, food safety, and quality systems in the manufacturing process.
