Provide strategic guidance, direction, and roadmap to potential stakeholders regarding due diligence documents and technical inquires of pesticides usages, fertilisation, irrigation, varieties, and date of harvest as needed. Oversee daily technical operations to review and analyse gap in area to take strategic actions in timely manner. Plan and implement creative and innovative plans for consistent development in agricultural field, including stone fruits, mangoes, table grapes, pomegranates, and citrus. Enable and streamline all field, packaging, and quality management system processes by carrying out gap analysis to eliminate and reduce core risks and errors. Examine overall plant protection products towards various crops alongside EU and Egyptian legislations, while registering all regulatory compliance with Egyptian ministry of agriculture and Food Experts. Study all pesticides residues results, ensuring all goods ready to export across China, EU, Singapore, Indonesia, South East of Asia, and GCC countries.

• Attained high standard across the world in related areas of food/agriculture by competing with relevant companies in region and worldwide, whilst acting as change/improvement agent.
• Devised and deployed advance QMS and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the company with primary focus on seamless execution of operational activities.
• Acquired and renewed new standard of LEAF as well as achieved Global Gap certificate and standard for exporting purpose by developing one external farm of sweet potatoes and Strawberries.
• Gained TN10 standard towards TESCO with Gold status for two crops, including Mangoes and Table Grapes, changing all standards yearly.

Installed latest QMS for farms encompassing poultry, agriculture, quail, livestock, and packinghouse through interaction with quality team and relevant functions to determine involvement of all employees in designing new QMS. Altered system after implementation for enhancing system performance. Designed and approved HACCP plans for various products in company. Got BRC standard regarding fruits Packing house, and Quail slaughterhouse for first time in company. Reviewed and monitored daily fields, making sure all field/trees activities healthy without weeds, diseases, and insects by offering feedback to staff for tackle situation.

• Addressed problem relating with insects in grapes plantations plots with 100% infestation.
• Exported 500 tonnes to China and South East of Asia with high-quality of the Grapes.
• Acknowledged as best agricultural companies in world particularly in Egypt by enabling and converting into efficient agricultural practices across the sector.
