Managing a team of qualified professionals, selling high-end luxurious
Residential, Commercial, Villas, Plots, Hotels and Retail properties to local
and international clients.
Providing post-sales support & developed client relationships.
Targeting new markets with local business associates internationally to
conduct road shows, international sales seminars and client meetings.
Ensure all imp deal related documents in self custody, are properly
tracked using milestones.
Work in coordination with operations and compliance and ensure
compliance with sales policies and process at all times.
Enforcing annual business plan & income budget, sales and leasing
strategy, Product/tenant-mix & program including ways for enhancing
image of the company
Conceptualizing, planning as well as advising for various residential,
commercial & retail projects for ensuring all legal and developmental
norms
Give finale approval to a sale to ensure the deal conforms with the
current price, payment terms and policy .

Streamlining the sales operations of Residential, Commercial, Villa, Plots,
Hotels and Retail projects for getting business for the company
Achieving sales target as per designated budgets and building strong
relationships with business partners to build and expand client
relationships
Conducting corporate / individual agent and drafting various deals while
interfacing with Legal, Finance and CRM Departments; executing product
training programs for the Registered Agents
Cascading the information about Rewards & Recognition Programs for
the Channel Partners and simultaneously interfacing with EXPATS from
Indian, Pakistani, Gulf, African and Russian clients
Enforcing annual business plan & income budget, sales and leasing
strategy, Product/tenant-mix & program including ways for enhancing
image of the company
Have knowledge of feasibility study of project from market research to
product configuration with architects with customer expectation; setting
and monitoring target of team for optimum results
Preparing sales trends and cash inflows for the projects basis target
segment and commutation strategy
Conceptualizing, planning as well as advising for various residential,
commercial & retail projects for ensuring all legal and developmental
norms
Directed the sales of residential, commercial, Villa, plots, hotels and retail
projects by generating leads in the center by digital marketing, mobile
message and promotional activity,
