Planning Engineer
Responsible for costing, estimating & planning the project schedule.
Preparing the project initiation documents & transferring the same to design, Production & planning departments.
Preparation of budget for the entire project.
Project building in SAP (ERP), Scheduling of the project, Cost Planning, Revenue planning.
Releasing of Purchase requisitions & Purchase orders, Invoicing, Material tracking.
Preparing summarized monthly/weekly project progress reports.
Identifying the variations in the costing & analyzing/solving any contract variation.
Tracking all the activities as per the scheduled plan/Project Implementation schedule.
Monitoring the actual expenditure, maintaining the budget vs actual.
Organizing Weekly project review meetings.
Preparation of financial Status & monthly billing Plan for our division.
Organizing and facilitating Project Steering/Operating Committees meetings.
Planning & preparing the manufacturing work plan/Production Plan.
Responsible for managing the workforce as a team for vendor development.
Responsible for complete execution & delivery of the project at site.
