Leading the Merchandise planning team for White Box vertical (including Cosmetics, Fash Acc / Bags, Home Decor, Home Furnishings, Home Fragrance etc) MENA region.
Leading a team of planners to support the buying teams and territories to maximize sales and profitability in the business by providing effective merchandise strategies, planning and in season management of assortments and inventory levels for MENA region.

Identified and led initiates/projects across various areas of replenishment to drive process improvements using analytics.
Led Captainships such as Operational Excellence and Information Security/Business continuity planning within Merchandising Pyramid in collaboration with other captains in Target.
Worked in the Energy Services domain for GE (GE Infrastructure ISU of TCS)
Majority of my experience has been in Application development and delivery management
Extensive experience working in PL - SQL developer, Erwin, Rational Robot automation tool and BI tools like Informatica and Cognos Reporting tool.
Good experience and knowledge gained on SDLC, Quality Assurance and Six Sigma concepts
Have played various roles including Module Lead, Functional expert, technical expert.
I was also part of the CAT (Chain accelerator team) team which mentors associates on their six sigma projects.
