Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.
Test Estimation, Strategizing, Test Scheduling (Creating plan with detailed activities), Test Monitoring and Tracking.

Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
Managing/Administrating Quality Tools such as Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye/Crucible), Test Link, Top Team, Perforce, BlackDuck, and Bugzilla.
Approval of creating a projects in TestLink, updating/modifying projects in TestLink, DB changes, and updating project related info in Report Servers
Preparing Quality Team Quarterly Road maps and Presenting to higher management (VP/Sr.VP).
