Responsibilities
• Successfully attained new agencies for add-on products for the company to increase annual
revenue.
• Established base for specific products in Cement factories in UAE.
• Generating leads and finalizing of Rubber Lining, FRP lining, GRP lining orders.
• Handling govt. companies for rubber lining.
• Product development of conveyor roller division for the company.
• Initiated in developing market in OMAN and other GCC countries.
• Implemented new service and trading activities for the company.
• Build up a strong sales pipeline.
• Generating government project inquiries.
• Deal closings.
• Training subordinates for new product marketing & sales.
• Handling customers for Rubber lining projects.
Activities
• Setting tasks for technicians.
• Budgeting for the engineering sales department.
• Marketing new products to the existing customers and monitoring competitor movements.
• Generating project inquiries, Techno commercial tendering.
• Dealing with Potential customers thereby initiating new business aspects.
• Developing new business strategy for the unit.
• Developing new markets for Rubber Lining, Rubber Molding, Conveyor belts and other
engineering products.
• Conduct plant audit and provide maintenance to the equipment.
• Working hand to hand with production to develop new products.
• Installation support to the customer.
• Executing Modifications for existing systems in the plant.
Main Achievement:
• Under Pan chute lining order & Ceramic lining sheet order from Stevin Rock and Fabtech.
• Rubber Lining and GRP order from Dubai Municipality.
• Single vendor order from DM for Conveyor belt and belt cleaners.
• Established an entirely new product base for the company in UAE.
• Approval received for all main fabrication companies for rubber lining in UAE.
• Vendor registration and Order received from EGA / Emirates steel Industries.
• AMC received from AGTHIA for conveyor belt maintenance.

Product Development.
Preparation of new product result and submitting to management for development.
Site study and preparing technical drawings & providing input to the engineering team.
Providing training to the technicians for the installation of bulk material handling and wear
resistance products.
MIS & Technical documentation
Coordinating with the manufacturing unit for pre-dispatch inspection.
Projects Executed:
Jindal Steel, Bellary, India Changing of Old Steel cord belt of 1km length and laying the new belt
using Coiler- De Coiler Equipment, Joining of Steel cord belt in the Blast furnace.
Sesa Sterlite-(Main and Annual Shutdown) Tuticorin, Tamilnadu - Cold Rubber lining work in
Sulfuric Acid Plant, Phosphoric Acid Plant.
Tata Steel, Jamshedpur - Installation of Air blaster (150 ltr) - 40 Nos on their main bunker.
