 Inspection of Concrete structures, earthworks,

 Inspection of precast elements at yard and cast in

 Inspection of Laboratory and Field trial mixes of

 Preparation of flash reports and summary log for
daily inspections
 Survey Inspection checks in setting out positions,
levels, dimensions
 Verification of the correctness of elevations,
alignments of structures
 Coordinate with design team in changes, revisions of
details, drawings
 Establish effective communication to resolve
construction problems

 Buildings maintenance works and partial
construction works
 Inspection of civil works and contractors work
monitoring
 Drawings and documents verification, Certification of
bills
 Monitoring the progress, Preparation of records,
Reporting

 Preparation of Quality documents ITP, Checklists,
Logs, Register
 Site Inspections for Civil works and construction
activities
 Reviewing shop drawings, ensuring the latest IFC
drawings for use

 Checking of Cast-in-situ and precast concrete and its
production
 Inspection of testing concrete materials, Pre pour
inspection
 Observing Quality requirements as per QA plan of
contractors
 Inspection for underground services, network lines
and manholes

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Inspection of Rail Embankments &filling, witnessing
tests by layers
 Coordinating with Consultants and subcontractors
for site inspections
 Inspection for culverts, underpasses, utilities and
telecom services
 Checking of pre stressing(post tensioning) and
grouting works
 Inspection of Piling, structures, rebar checks and
concrete pouring
 Inspection for Asphalt roads, pavements, sampling
and its testing
 Training site staffs to develop QC aspects and
improve in the progress
 Preparing Inspection Test Plan & Construction
Method statements
 Maintaining records of Inspection, executed works
and tests
 Involved in concrete trial mixes for various grades
used in the project
 Defects identification and raising observations for
Ncr and audits
 Preparing snag list and closing out record after its
rectification
 Collecting reports for non-destructive tests by third
party laboratories

 Conducting in-situ, lab tests for concrete and
construction materials
 Site Inspection for checking of pile cages,
reinforcement, formworks
