Hart Bernstien is a corporation that includes Hart Bernstien Marketing and Hart Bernstien Events. For more than 14
years in the market, the company expands its business into brands to the minds and hearts of consumers through
different conventional channels (Retail outlets & Exhibitions), Marketing Strategies with budget allocation, Brand
Activations and Experiential/Field Marketing, Concept Creation, POSM design and production, BTL services and
support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Recruitment and on boarding
o Work with heads of departments to plan for the future recruitment for different positions with
the scope
o Follow up on recruitment activities and progress of offering for the talents requested o Provide
ongoing updates to HODs about the hiring status for their teams
o Deliver induction to new hires and introduce to the teams o Ensure that everything is settled for
the new hires
o Consistently screen, select and assess the right candidates for the business units as per the
requirements ensuring that the pipeline is filled with strong, suitable candidates, and agreed
headcount numbers are met within the target time.
o Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and ensure department heads give feedback on each
candidate.
o Sending interview feedback to candidates.
o Facilitate selection of competent candidate at optimal cost and salary package. o Prepare offer letter
for the candidate and upon acceptance coordinate with the PR team for visa process.
o Tracking monthly deployment charts. Preparation of monthly reports of the deployment charts. o
Preparation of MIS reports over the attrition rates, recruitment process etc.
o Organize Employee Engagement-related activities as such Employee of the Month Awards,
Birthday Celebrations for Employees, Head of Department
Training and development o Meet with department heads to identify
weak performers and coordinate with training team to check for training
solutions.
o Liaise with HODs to plan for periodic training needs to be covered throughout the employee journey.
o Offer help and consultations to employees struggling with performance and analyses the big rock to
suggest training solutions if applicable.
Performance Management o Help in the creation and design of
performance management metrics for different departments.
o Ensure fair calculations for all employees in all departments and acquire the ability to audit the
calculation method, and the stack ranking for the employees. o Watch closely performance trends for employees
and identify the gaps, then after directing the issues to concerned help center.
o Encourage coaching environment throughout the teams and participate, making sure
coaching methods are proper for the business environment. o Work on HRMS for uploading and tracking of the
performance measurement and progress of the employees.
Compensation & Benefit
o Participate in salary review exercise to collect the market salary data.
o Assist in developing and maintaining a competitive salary and benefit program.
o Co-ordinate annual salary adjustment and promotion exercise.

o HRBP works closely with HODs on their team’s watch list
o Perform retention, exit interviews, and possible ways in order to keep talents o Follow up on
resignation requests and notice period
o Execute termination requests after collecting all the supporting data along with operation
representation
o Follow up on settlement preparation, and collection, provide all required documentation for visa
cancelation
o POC for ex-employees for all the issues arise

set the KRA for new joiners with the help of their departmental heads.
➢ Performance Management: o Institutionalizing Performance
Appraisal System in the organization and regularizing it.
➢ Training and Development:
o Institutionalizing Organization Development and making Individual Development Plans and Goal
sheets for employees and subsequently
➢ Compensation and Benefits:
o Designing salary bands and levels for the entire workforce, and design salary structures based on
the band levels. Authorizing the Monthly Salary Register and signing off the monthly payroll.

➢ Maintaining HRIS:
o Maintaining an extensive Human resource Information system which engulfs all the requisite
information about the manpower of the company and also the skill-sets required for each critical
position. Also involved in making a detailed JD against each position of the organization.
➢ Employee Engagement:
o Designing and implementation of the Employee Engagement Calendar o Employee
grievance redressal and disciplinary issues.
➢ Strategy Planning & Policy Formulation:
o Developing and implementing strategic plans & HR policies, in line with overall organizational
goals.
o Aligning the HR strategy as per the business needs ensuring optimization of resources and cost.
➢ Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process:
o Conducting exit interview process for resigned & terminated employees and identifying the main
reasons of attrition. o Ensuring Full & Final Settlement is released within the time frame of 30 days
from the employee leaving the organization
➢ Statutory Compliances:
o PF and ESI administration, Authorizing and accountable for the PF, ESIC Contribution and MLWF
when applicable.
