Quality check for raw materials, ensure products are as per specifications, report defects if any to production team, documentation and reports.
Diagnosing problems in the tech-line and providing recommendations and training, ensure good work practices are followed in all stages.
Analysing all facets of technical domain and making recommendations for improvement. Keeping abreast of advancements in the domain.
Production planning as per requirements from marketing team, raw material requisitions, arranging labours, ensuring machine upkeep.
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner, identifying, documenting, and reporting process.
