Key Achievements at Siemens:
• Established the Contract Management unit (incl. the creation of all standard operating procedures, templates and the supplier pre-qualification/registration program)
• Implemented and managed the supplier management program roll-out for Saudi Arabia
• Managed all procurement reporting for Saudi Arabia and enhanced the reporting capabilities aligning it with Siemens AG global reporting requirements
As a Savola Fellowship Program trainee, Savola provided a sixteen-course program in core management and leadership skills enhancement as well as two full-time summer trainings as an acting Assistant Brand Manager for Al-Osra sugar at the United Sugar Company.
