Monitor the construction activities to ensure that project specifications and requirements are implemented and
as per AFC drawings & project specifications so as to obtain quality of work.
Verify that the materials receive during the construction phase are inspected for compliance to Standards, Code,
Specification and quality requirements.
Supervising construction of civil activities such as Access road, Tower platform and foundation works, Ground assembly
and Erection of Lattice steel Towers.
Monitor Conventional piling and CFA piling for the requirements of Drawing and specifications like dimensions and
rebar Details.
Witnessing the pile tests( uplift & Compression, Lateral load) on test piles and Uplift routine tests(Stub uplift test)
on working pile, Pile integrity test and maintaining records.
Monitor the quality control aspects and instruct site engineers in case of deviation and propose corrective measures to
be applied.
Preparation of ITP & Checklist to civil related works
Review drawings and specifications, Laboratory Test Results, Inspection and test plan, and Method Statements for
implementation.
Witness along with the client representative and consultants on testing of materials, field soil tests and structures if
it conforms to the design / specifications of the international standards.(E.g. concrete sampling, trial mix, Field density
test & MDD test).
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests,
non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Prepare Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
Follow-up with engineering division in submission of technical document for client approval.
Implement all aspect of quality assurance/control system on all materials; maintaining proper records of test results and
calibration reports of test equipment’s.
Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements and approved drawings.
Identify non conformities if any during inspection and various stages of project and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Attend and prepare records for quality audits and inspections by client and consultants.
Liaise with client and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance/control.
Conduct walkthroughs at the end of a project to determine overall quality, found issues with four buildings that needed
to be rectified immediately.
Initiating, Inspecting & closing with reply of RFI’S in QMIS (Quality Management information System).
Monitoring Sub-contractors phase by phase activities in site.
Carried out inspection to ensure that activity offered for inspection had approved Shop Drawing, Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
Making surveillance for quality related findings & advising construction crews to avoid mistakes happening.
Rising proactive notification or surveillance report to avoid occurrence of mistakes repeatedly.
Raising NCR (Non conformation report) if find any violations which is deviating form approved IFC drawings and standards.
Responsible for Inspections related to Earthwork, Concrete, Concrete & Asphalt paving’s.
Witnessing soil sampling & performing compaction test by Nuclear method.
Monitoring, checking parameters and creating Records for concrete pouring.
Joined inspection with client related to Material receiving and other site related activities.
Liaised with surveyor to finalize the benchmark survey setting out prior to start of construction

Coordinating with the end client on various construction & civil engineering programmers, creating detailed plans and monitoring /updating progress, critical path analysis, earned value analysis, etc.
Accountable for ensuring that activities met both internal company standards & external regulatory requirements with respect to health, safety and the environment
Overseeing the ongoing structural & civil activities by implementing the project quality controls plans & procedures in accordance with the company QC procedures, international standards and specific contract requirements
Liaising with the construction crew for on‐going civil/structural activities, including excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, form work inspection, field density test, concrete pouring, asphalting, etc.
Carrying out review of relevant documents such as project documentation, prior to start of construction
Responsible for initiating the RFIs for client’s witness of inspection points
Managing material approvals requirement at site before arrivals of materials and evaluating the quality & storage.
Educating NCR (Non conformation report) if find any violations which is deviating from approved IFC drawings and standards

Material Approvals:-All the Materials approvals require at site before arrive of materials, after arrive materials check the Quality and good storage.
Gypsum board, Painting work, Asphalt Reinstatement. Site inspection / Monitoring of Quality activities like Excavation, Backfilling, Compaction, Formworks, Reinforcing bar installation, Concrete placement, Pre- cast manufacture and Placement, Asphalting Works, Fireproofing, Masonry Works, Finishing works, Gypsum board, Painting work, Asphalt Reinstatement. and other civil related works.
Coordinate with Project Development Team for proper implementation of QA / QC system in accordance with ISO- 9001 Standards and Procedures.
Inspection and certification of Field Instruments according to the project requirement and standards.
To check the all Equipment Calibration certificate, Material Galvanized Certificate, Factory inspection report.
Record and monitor the resolution of non conformance items/activities.
Review the laboratory test reports are performing as per applicable codes, standard and procedures.
