Make single point contacts to contractor / client / Consultant assess equipment /
system requirements and to understand customer needs.

Prepare & deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to

Design & Drafting - Ventilation System)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collecting the ventilation system tender document from client/consultant & fill the
documents with necessary attachments and then submit to client/consultant before
tender closing date.
Prepare initial offer and value engineering of the ventilation systems with support of
marketing manager.
Selecting the ventilation fans (like Axial fans, Jet fans, Inline fans, Cabinet type
centrifugal fans, Propeller fans), as per client requirement & our design software’s.

Drafting the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) submission drawing & submit to
our CFD Analyzers (Flaktswood).
After getting the CFD analysis report then preparing shop drawing in AutoCAD. (like
Jet fans location, Smoke exhaust fans location, Fresh air fan location, Cabinet fans,
Cable & Cable tray routing, duct routing drawing etc., )
Drafting the manufacturing/fabrication drawing of silencer, duct, fire Damper, volume
control damper, back draft damper & fan accessories.
Direct contact with client / consultant for drawing related issues & rectify the issues.
Prepare technical submittal documents for all ventilation equipment’s & submit to
client / consultant approval.
Designing & drafting the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) ventilation system &
Staircase & Lift Lobby pressurization System.
Prepare BOQ Sheet (Bill of Quantity) & releasing to our purchase team.
Attending kick off meeting at Site with client, consultant & our execution team for all
projects.
Take a site visit in every project for checking fan location & routing areas (like duct,
cable tray & cables) before starting the shop drawing preparation.
Finally preparing handing over documents of the systems & submitting to client /
consultant.

checking all given details are as per purchase order.
Drafting the general assembly drawing and send it to customer approval.
After getting the approval from customer to drafting the manufacturing drawings of
fans and releasing it to project department.
Preparing material requirement and bought out components list and releasing it to
project department.
Drafting the fabrication parts cutting plan & rough drawing of machining parts of the
fans for workers easy understanding.
Going to take dimensions at site for reconditioning of fan rotor and check impeller
blade profile marking in disc plate before welding.
Resolving some problems in fabrication of fans & direct contact with clients.
Drafting the layout drawing of Mini blast furnace blowers & Sugar dust collection
systems.
Handling & maintaining the all design related documents as per fan models & project
vice.
