Deliver tactical marketing and PR campaigns to support the conference strategies and achieve specific business objectives.
Develop conferences through database building, research and enhanced conference offerings.
Work with external support agencies including printers, design, marketing, PR, photography and media.
Develop innovative internal and external marketing campaigns, tools and activities.
Develop and update the Corporate and subsidiary websites on a quarterly basis.
Source, negotiate, manage and develop the existing relationships with leading media companies, marketing companies, press and industry associations and post event report for each event.
Create and develop marketing plans, campaign schedules and ensure timely implementation of all online and offline services.
Lead in the management and running of onsite activities including press conferences, press days and media centers.
Create the DSI Brand Manual for the Corporate and Regional offices and update on quarterly basis.
Ensure the Brand Identity guidelines are adhered to by all internal departments and external agencies.
Ensure marketing collaterals is professionally produced, of the highest quality and reflects the DSI Brand Guidelines.
Successful launch of the Drake & Scull International PJSC Website and the subsidiary websites are the start of 2012.
Successful launch of the Drake & Scull International PJSC Intranet - the internal communications portal for over 20000 employees at the start of 2012.
Successful launch of the Drake & Scull Foundation - our CSR initiative for the 2012 / 2013.
To conceptualize, produce and enforce the visual identity for the company and its subsidiaries brand.
Creating yearly events calendar for the Corporate as well as the MENA and African regions and leading each of those events with budgets given for the year.
Purchasing, Branding and distributing marketing material to the Corporate Office as well as the MENA and African Regions.
Liaising with suppliers for stands, marketing suppliers, advertising agencies and hotels.
Designing and branding advertisements, corporate invitations, posters, banners, offices, uniforms, stand building for exhibitions and vehicles.
Implementing the new DSI Brand Guidelines to all employees in the region, this includes brand trainings for internal and external usage of the brand.
Creating and editing the internal DSI monthly newsletter, hard and soft copy format, which is distributed to over 15000 employees across the region.
Conducted internal staff events for over 3000 employees for over a period of 4 years.
•Identifying clients who would have a requirement for events.
•Contacting those clients and sending them the company profile.
•Follow up and fixing appointments for presentations and accompanying the Marketing Director for meetings.
•Securing sponsorship for shows organized by the company
•Research and study the reasons for decrease in UAE tourism in the past few years.
•Bench Mark UAE tourism with tourist destinations.
•Use various analytical tools to carry out research such as Graph plotting, Bar charts.
•Carry out Quantitative Analysis such as questionnaires and Qualitative Analysis techniques.
•Create databases before events, trainings etc as well as update existing databases.
•Confirm appointments and meetings with clients.
•Handle paperwork and filing.
Have attained the certificaton of ACIM - Associate Chartered Marketer.
