Instrumentation and control Technician
I am employed at JIFCO . I am working with a team of instrument technicians and engineers on overseeing and testing the process plant instrumentation systems during pre-commissioning and commissioning. Our target is ensuring the plant is in full working order to specified requirements before it's operation.
my works include:
1) Supervising erection of field instruments as per P&ID.
2) Checking installation of instruments as per Hook-up.
3) Checking electrical connection as per instrument datasheet.
4) Making loop tests and checking calibration of field instruments .
5) Checking control loops logic, drivers logic, HMI screens, and interlocks in controller systems ( PLC & DCS ).
6)Troubleshooting field instruments problems through Yokogawa DCS Centum VP.

and now the Plant is Running in Full Load, and we are now working in Preventive Maintenance for our Plants also .

Q.C for industrial cables (inspector) :
and worked in some testes :

1) resistance test
2) weight test
3) tensile test
4) PVC & XLPE test
5) density test for copper, aluminium and aluminium alloys.
6) high voltage test 3.5 KV /5 A

and i was checked in the field (process control) drawing&stranding&insulation also for cables.
