Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Project’s Baseline Schedules: from Initiation to Handing Over/Closing.
2. Monitoring and Reporting ADM Projects performance through Project’s Life (i.e.: Initiation till Closing/ Handing Over Stags).
3. Monthly Delay Analysis: investigating delay reasons and it’s Time Impact
4. Prepare and Monitor Correction Plans to Delayed Projects.
5. Update monthly Executive Council Reports/ Presentations.
6. Assist Projects Managers.
7. Review Executive Council Memos prepared by Project Managers.
8. Review Tender Committee Memos prepared by Project Managers.
9. Prepare and Update the Yearly Cash Flow Forecasts.
10. Review Consultant’s and Contractor’s Baseline Programs.
11. Review Consultant’s and Contractors Reports (Bi-weekly, Monthly, …)
12. Review/ Monitor Consultant’s and Contractor’s Action/ Recovery Plans.
13. Review Consultant’s Extension of Time requests.
14. Review Consultant’s assessment reports to Contractor’s Extension of Time requests.
15. Prepare different Reports/ Presentations to ADM management.
Presidential Palace Project
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progress Monitoring.
2. Maintain and Update Project Baseline Schedule.
3. Prepare different type of reports to Project Management (Weekly, Monthly, ..)
4. Baseline Program Analysis and Critical Path Analysis.
5. Prepare forecasts and scenarios studies.
6. Provide Project Management with required consultancy on Project Status.
7. Conduct weekly Progress Meeting with Site Team.
8. Prepare an Action/ Recovery Plans.
9. Preparation of Extension of Time Requests
Rass Laffan Port Expansion Project:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Project Actual Expenses against Budgeted Expanses, Prepare Different Cost Report to Project Management, Prepare Cost Forecast reports, Prepare Productivity Reports, Insure correct Cost Allocation (Invoices & Man-hours) and different reports upon Management request.
Rass Laffan Port Expansion Project:
Key Responsibilities:
To manage Project Resources (Manpower, Equipments and Materials) in order to achieve high Productivity and meet Project Milestone Dates. With minimum cost and maintaining Project Quality Standards and Safety requirements.
Al Hashemya Power Plant Project:
Key Responsibilities:
To manage Project Resources (Manpower, Equipments and Materials) in order to achieve high Productivity and meet Project Milestone Dates. With minimum cost and maintaining Project Quality Standards and Safety requirements.
