Maintaining high degree of interpersonal skills and co-operate with co-staff.
Assisting and coordinating with Assistant Chain Manager in conducting meetings & raising staff /Ops concerns.
Conducting store training for new store employees & existing staff with evaluations on periodical basis.
Executing day to day Sales report with the Store Supervisors with follow up & overseeing.
Independently handling & executing Local Store Marketing & Outdoor events.
Internal correspondence with HR/ Administration/Marketing/Finance Department.
Independently handling Customer complaints and reporting to the Assistant Chain Manager.
Managing store operations with the American Installation (US Army in Kuwait region)
