-Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
-Detailed project planning and control including:
-Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
-Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
-Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
-Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
-Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
-Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
-Liaison with, and updates progress to, project steering board/senior management.
-Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
-Approval of the design specification.
-Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme.
Assists in the preparation of user manuals to assist in the use of the module.
Tests program logic according to program specifications and prepare them for computer operations and test the operation of completed program and linkage to other programs and assist in writing programs in desired computer language and ensure program is fully tested.
-Monitors and troubleshoots systems functionality and performance and provide second level support to end-user to ensure timely resolution of complex operational problems.
-Applies and understands industry standard for IT information classification, Cairo Amman bank IT system security standards, information security policy and procedures. Applies Cairo Amman bank project methodology and participates in the collection of project tracking data and in the documentation of project functional and technical requirements.
-Keeps abreast of technological development as related to system analysis/programming and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Assists in analyzing training needs for users of vendor prepared packages and makes recommendations for use of internal software
System implementation Officer in PMO
Responsibilities:
Technical administration for the banking systems.
Managing and following the interfaces between the banking systems.
Load and run new applications or new versions of banking systems on the test and live environment.
Participation in testing applications processes for the new versions of banking systems and provide technical support required before moving to live environment.
Solving problems that appear in banking systems on the live environment.
Following the efficiency of communication between the banking systems and databases.
Processing the incoming or outgoing files from the different entities that deal with the bank and uploading to the banking systems.

Implement the User's Guide for the bank’s system and test some of the units, which designed for the banks.
-PSD System
Implement of User's Guide for the PSD system and test some of the units, which Designed to the Directorate of public Security in Jordan.
-Care System
Implement the User's Guide for the care system and test all of the units, which Designed for the hospitals.
