-Covering and handling recruiting process.
-Calculating payroll for admin level.
-Performing variety related-to-recruitment tasks such as manpower planning, job description building, organization payroll structuring.
- Handling termination process.
- Covering and handling all personnel issues including social insurance, Legal issues and the maintaining filing system.
- Selecting and recruiting (non-medical) employees.
- Conducting orientation sessions with new employees
- Performing and supervising employees' assessment (performance appraisal).
- Performing and supervising payroll process.
- Performing variety HR tasks such as Manpower planning, exit interview, posting new jobs on selected job boards etc
- Reporting to Head office on monthly basis such as turnover rates, wages statistics, mangers performance analysis etc
Recruiting and headhunting requested positions doing the following:
1- Following daily requested positions.
2- Defining target market and KSA.
3- Screening C.Vs and filtering.
4- Contacting candidates by phone and interviewing them.
5- Re-filtering and validating C.V. to be sent to the organization.
6- Reporting daily achievements.
7- Posting new vacancies for non headhunt.
- Stock taking in warehouses and pharmacies around country.
- Perform data entry in company system.
- Report head office and main warehouse.
- Introduce my university.
- Help student and parents in decision support.
- Help student through the registration process.

- Give a daily report about sold items
