Prepare budget estimation and feasibilities for multiple use projects and
conduct value engineering practices to meet budget.
•
Conduct surveys to base projects feasibilities on market condition and setup
strategic plans accordingly.
•
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities
needed to successfully complete the project.
•
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete
the project.
•
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.•
Managing projects throughout all phases and Maintenance work.•
Draft Contracts and agreements for contractors, subcontractors and consultant
as per the FIDIC and authority governance regulations.
•
Prepare and review specifications, scope of work and bill of quantities.•
Reviews bidder’s queries during the tendering process and perform technical
and financial analysis for selection.
•
Prepare and share comprehensive reports on a regular basis to advice owners/
stakeholders on work quality, progress, cost and areas of concern.
•
Monitor the performance of the contractor, subcontractors, and consultants.•
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to
ensure the successful completion of the project.
•
Perform final snag check and subsequent hand over of the construction
projects to the property management team.
•
Provide risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.•
Leading innovation team and innovation creation process.•
Setting up KPI's for internal and external stakeholders.•
Preparing designs, calculation reports, drawings, and shop drawings for
Concrete, Precast, Pre-Stress, and Post-Tension elements.
•
Obtaining planning and building regulations approvals. •
Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors on site.•
Providing technical advice and liaising with relevant professional staff. •
Prepare structural shop drawings.•
Provide security enhancement, anti-blast engineered system for buildings,
provision of building security upgrade and finishing.
•
Took major part in the design and supervision of several post-Tension buildings
and bridges in several projects in Jordan and Syria.
•
Design and site supervision for scaffolding supply and installation. •
Sitting out sites, organizing facilities and supervising contracted staff.•
Discussing the project with the relevant authority (Amman Municipality).•
