- Preparing regular monthly Reports and Cash-Flows, and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
• Estimation & Tendering Responsibilities:
- Collecting tendering documents.
- Preparing tender information summary sheet.
- Review the tender documents; i.e. BOQ, drawings and specifications to recognize the scope of work.
- Preparing of a rough estimated cost for the tender.
- Making sure that the estimation procedure is thoroughly followed.
- Studying thoroughly the contract conditions (general and particular) in order to be aware with the contractual obligations and risk assessment.
- Analyzing the submitted quotations in order to select qualified supplier or subcontractor (technically and financially).
- Preparing the direct cost analysis for all resources (i.e. Labor, Material, Equipment and Subcontracts). Issuing tender inquiries to obtain quantities from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Producing the final total selling price and filling the schedule of prices/ BOQ’s.
- Preparing the technical submission (e.g. Method Statement, Schedule of Works, Organization Chart, and other required submittals for the tender).
- Closing of tender and submission of Bid to the concerned employer / client.
- Following up the tender results, and compare prices with the other competitors.

Technical Support Engineer;

- Al-Lith Water Transmission System Project; (Pumping station, 100 km HDPE pipe and three receiving stations),
- Madinah Sludge Treatment Plant Project.
