-Manage the development of TTT (‘Train the Trainer’) strategy, road map and ensure effective and high quality delivery of all technical training programmers for Al Tayyar group staff, and foster an environment of service excellence within ATG.
-Ensure uniform technical training programmers and proper schedules are in place and training methodologies and guidelines are followed in order to manage technical knowledge delivery between various internal segments and sales.
-Ensure development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to all technical training programmes and suggest enhancements based on the dynamics objective of ATG.
-Responsible for continuous monitoring & feedback on all technical training programmes and materials development to ensure accuracy, relevance and effectiveness while driving enhancements for improved adoption within ATG.
-Designs, direct and implement innovative training methodologies to enhance ATG staff technical knowledge capabilities.
-Provides leadership, direction, and support to technical training team. Evaluates performance of staff by establishing objectives and measurements; provides constructive feedback on a regular basis.
Forecasts and monitor training activities.
- Forecasts training and development resource needs, and presents recommendations to senior level management as part of the yearly Planning and Forecast cycle.
- Ensure the establishment of the Training Calendar, training plans and new products/services Training Sessions for CU based on the business needs
- Liaising with managers and asses’ employees at all levels to identify technical training and development requirements & to provide a proper and efficient plan to address ATG development requirements in terms of technical knowledge.
- Establish the reporting & analysis for the technical training department in order to create a solid ATG staff training history enabling management to make informative decisions on future

- Manage & build strong relationship with all ATG & sister companies stakeholders inside KSA & abroad.
- Administer Technical training budget by setting guidelines to assure proper utilization and control.

- Manage all training activity abroad (UAE, Egypt, Malaysia & Lebanon).
