Talent Acquisition
- Execute the approved manpower plan by sourcing and screening of candidates
- Carry out interviews for management level by organizing the testing sessions & carry out competency based interviews.
- Produce monthly reports on all activities including monthly manpower movement to capture all the employees’ movements and ensure all activities are monitored.
- Build good relationships with the qualified recruitment vendors to ensure effectiveness of all work.
- Bridge with the universities by building network and attending career days.
- Establish and maintain the accuracy of job postings in order to upkeep a consistent outlook on career portals
Talent Development
- Implement and maintain the TNA practice to identify gaps and training needs for all managers across all business units in the regions.
- Prepare and develop annual training budget.
- Develop, implement and review Talent Management & Succession Planning programs.
Performance Management
- Work with top management to monitor and review managers’ performance.
- Manage performance excellence system for all managers and insure the forced ranking system is applied.
Organization Development
- Work with OD & Reward Sr. Manager on job evaluation, advising on job design, and job descriptions.
- Prepare bonus distribution for the management level and ensure that the bonce is distributed within the approved budget.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the head of HR.
- Ensure that organizational policies, practices and procedures are implemented and maintained ensuring legal compliance in the region.

Support Talent Development Sr. Manager in implementing & maintaining the TNA practice to identify gaps and training needs and through following up on S&DP process and completion to finalize the development plans for managers in collaboration with LM & Business function.

Ensure that all employees have full understanding of the talent development policies and procedures and they have full compliance to them.

Finalize all training course arrangements for all in-house, local and international training courses including registration with providers, venue booking & set-up and settlement of fees.

Monitor financial spending of the training activities vs. planned budget by applying cost control to ensure that training courses are delivered cost effectively.

Deliver training of specific subjects as needed e.g. Ethics & values, induction, soft skills... etc.
