Leading the Syria partner’s implementation capacity building, and support in Regional office -ISHA.
- Initiate and develop capacity building, training and coaching reflecting partner work plan.
- Act technical resource focal point for all partners in logistics, procurement, HR, and administration throughout the sub-grant lifecycle.
- Support all partners to strengthen and improve their operational systems, processes and policies in support of their organizations' mission.
- Contribute to Mercy Corps sub-award processes, such as pre-award assessments, review of partners' proposed project packages and budget, partner finance report packages, and close-out documents.
- Use coaching and mentoring techniques to provide on-going technical assistance to partners throughout sub-grant lifecycle, including follow up and monitoring of performance and work environment.
- Submitting the donor reports, updates to I-IQ or the region, or the compilation of other requests for information as necessary.

Provide overall support to different programs, focusing on providing logistics support and advice to the program team ensuring efficient implementation of activities
•Plan, analyze and anticipate the logistics capacity development according to the project implementation plan.
•Contribute to activities budgeting and finance follow up.
•Ensure the global management of the logistics in term of purchase, stock management and general logistic management
•Supervise and ensure all procurement processes and planning are in line with internal and external compliances and done in a smooth and precise manner.
•Lead the external supply chain management, including tendering, quotation and provision of services.
•Ensure the respect of stock management procedures and documents, including physical inventory.
•Contribute to proposal writing and reporting by providing technical inputs.

Leading base Logistics, Finance & HR departments, providing extensive support to verity of programs in different sectors and settings.
- Supervise the overall supply chain management processes.

- Lead the organizational finance management and budgeting, leading the overall base finance department.
- Oversee the overall Human Resources management, including recruitment, capacity mapping, and staff support.

Ensure the general operations management effort in Both Camps and host communities, and Jordan head office.
•Global Managements for whole Relief International Offices in general Logistics Management.
•Lead the logistics and procurement processes in Amman, Mafraq, Irbid, Ramtha, Zaatari and Azraq offices.
•Inventory and Stock managements.
•Follow up on monthly budget during procurement process.
•Planning for distribution processes, and lead field process.
•Insure the safety of all staff in the offices and field.
•Ensures that all day-to-day processes comply with RI and donor policies and procedures.
