Tasks:

• Prepares the IP Microwave Transmission Designs in Daily basis For the MW Access Part
Including the Swap Sites Scope ( 40 Sites ) and Also New sites Scope ( 93 sites ) Taking in considerations Different ZTE MW Configuration (1+0, 2+2, 2+2 with Xpic, 1+1 SD) For Each Site
with Maximum Capacity utilization .

.•Prepare Transport access designs, and transport core design requests for the SDH and MPLS facilities.

•Synchronization Planning for SDH Networks (ADM & ATM).

•Transmission Planning for 3G network expansion (PDH, SDH, ADM, ATM and IPRAN).

• IP Packet MW link design using Path Loss 4.0 and Connect (Aircom) Planning Tools.

• Create the new Upgrade ZTE Links and make the interference Analysis to check the
Frequency usability.

• STC Transmission Design document Will include E1 Capacity Allocation/pass by Using TRENDS
Tool Used by STC and Designing the Link budget in Pathloss and Do The Interference
Calculations Using Aircom- Connect Tool

• Circuit Work Order Assignments: reporting and follow up on daily basis for each site
designed, And follow up for the PRN’s and Request the TFR’s and Update the CWO status
For each site under ZTE Scope.

• Update the E2E connectivity for Swap & Co-Located sites on daily basis and notify the
Management once a new Site is handed over

• RF Planning and prediction Experience for STC Project

• STC Tools Experience ( 8 Tools )

• Make the Required transmission Design reviews feed backed by The Implementation
Team for the Sites suffering from interference or Antenna Diameter changes and such
Issues.

NOC Engineer - Team Leader (Network operations center).

My role is a NOC Service Desk Team Leader Engineer who works in a shift schedule and with following Technologies :

•WIMAX EMS Network : Base stations network management and monitoring for Motorola Equipment, Tasks as Follows :

1.Manage and maintain the above network performance monitoring to ensure reach maximum service for the customers.

2.Fault handling and escalations: Troubleshooting issues as they arise as well as escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support personnel and to field O&M team, ISP team, and Transmission team as needed.

3.Coordination of communication for support teams and the firm’s broader technical community during outages and major changes.

4.Dealing with the system generated tickets as well with the manual tickets and follow up till The ticket got Resolved with assigned team and under SLM Requirements .

5 .Making Different Reports Template such as WiMAX Daily tickets Reports, Monthly reports,
Shift Reports, KPI Reports .
