Main Purpose :
1. Lead technicians to achieve the goal within specific response time of SLA to improve KPIs.
2. Manage critical situations with limited resources.
3. Manage subcontractors to meet the site requirements.
4. Provide Site Asset list and Condition survey reports.
5. PPM planning and application to improve the life cycle of the assigned assets.
6. Plan and Manage restricted area complaints and access.
7. Prepare and submit frequent reports to client.
8. Follow the day to day operations
9. Help the client Operation Manager by giving good feedback on each site
10. Prepare and follow up quotations to the client
11. Follow up the client and suppliers contracts
12. Full knowledge of the details of the contracts for each site
13. Organize meetings with the clients to keep their satisfaction
14. Have good communication skills
15. Spread Dalkia Standards overall the technicians
16. Follow and optimize the energy consumption and give guidelines to make savings
17. Full knowledge about the preventive maintenance tasks
18. Good knowledge about MEP works
19. Good knowledge and coordination of fit out works
20. Good knowledge about Data center, & asset criticality.

• Giving technical-commercial support to the national industrial and commercial companies.
• Responsible for the lay-out and follow-up of offers.
• Attend to the communication and provide feedback to the order treatment and planning, and to the customer regarding the settlement of his order.
• Analyze the customer’s needs, if required in cooperation with the technical experts by Regional office and propose appropriate solutions.
