• Managing the customer’s journey to the factory or Exhibitions (customer’s relationship management).
• Prepare and send weekly and monthly sales report to the G.M that includes (Projects follow up, hot projects, Lost Projects, Lost reports and expected orders).
• Responsible of Key accounts clients ( Contractor, consultants, Owners and public sectors)
• Preparing workshops and presentations addressed to clients.
• Seeking Future Business opportunities.
• Finalize the projects from commercial side with the contractor.
• Finalize the projects from technical side with the consultant to get the approval.
• Closely follow up all technical issues to insure perfect units operation.
• Establishing pricing strategies to get orders.
• Visit the consultants periodically and inform them about the news of PETRA, help them to select the equipment and include PETRA name in their vendor list, Invite them to PETRA Factory & exhibition.
• Follow up the projects, technical issues and units failures and coordinate with maintenance department to resolve as needed.
• Register PETRA in the vendor list for the government companies & consultant, such as QP, Kahramma, QF, QDC, KEO.., . etc ).
• Provide PETRA factory with regular feedbacks on areas of improvement for local market demands.
• Provide PETRA Branch Manager with reports on the local market status and competitors updates.
• Responsible for assisting senior sales engineer in selling and marketing HVAC products (Chillers, AHU`s, Fan Coil units, Unitary Units (roof Top Package units, Ducted split units) to all customer.
• Performed responsibilities of seeking new sales opportunities as well as build strong customer relationships
• Advertise PETRA AC products and promote PETRA capabilities to encourage for further sales.
• Select suitable central AC units for respective projects in various applications. (Using PETRA selector).
• Prepare technical submittal & financial offers for complete AC systems to contractors, end users & consultant, in various engineering applications.
• Responsible for talking appointment with potential customers as well as perform management of accounts
• Advertise COOLINE AC products and promote ZAMIL/NAHAS capabilities to encourage for further sales.
• Select suitable central AC units for respective projects in various applications. (Using COOLINE E selector).
• Prepare technical & financial offers for complete AC systems to contractors, end users & consultant, in various engineering applications.
• Supervise projects executions and monitor & coordinate installation progress.
Closely follow up all technical issues to insure perfect units operation.
