- IT service management with concentration on ITIL certification best practice including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Change Management, Continual Service improvement.
My Mission is to maximize sales by providing prompt, courteous, and professional services that accurately meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our guests.
*The role to maximize the revenue opportunities from each Guest and selling our hotels strategy through understanding and meeting of our guests objectives by doing so with professionalism, efficiency and friendliness.
•Maximize- We must follow the selling strategy that has been placed in Marsha by the Revenue Strategy Team.

• Accurate - Our performance is measured through a shop calls program that will verify the accuracy of the spelling of the guest name, location, quoted room rate, arrival day and date, length of stay, room preferences, and confirmation number.
•Meet and exceed - We can measure whether we have met the objectives of the guest needs through the shop calls program and G.S.S.
• Our Guests - Using the guest model with each guest for each call
