-Following up on cycle counts for stores.
-Answer operations and commercial inquiries.
-Monthly supply report to make sure we have a balanced supply and demand.
-Quarterly Audits for stores on all levels
-Adjustment report
-Support E-commerce operation with orders and stock
• Drive Sales, monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales target
• cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly
• Plan schedules of the sales team
• Minimize stock loss through the management
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
-Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
-Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
-Work on store displays
-Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
