Present position: Projects & Facilities Management (Operations ) / First Gulf Bank / August 2011.
Our scope of work including complete Projects and Facilities Management works (constructions, contracts, maintenance, water proof, HVAC works, fire alarm, fire fighting, electrical works and Plumbing, etc...
Develop, manage, and maintain facility operation & maintenance functions which include facility operation management, civil maintenance and electro-mechanical maintenance services.
Manage, supervise and control preventive and corrective maintenance programs of the buildings, facilities, infrastructure and equipments.
Follow the contract & tender document preparation and the contract renewal procedure in order to ensure that all technical and regulatory requirements are addressed.
Manage to measure the performance of the maintenance operational capability, performance of technical inspection and ensure that the maintenance activities done as per the contractual obligation with the contractors.
Following works progress with the contractors, consultants and authorities.
Inspects the site on daily basis and raise service requests that service provider requires immediate action.
Follows up on MEP PPM schedules.
Monitor and manages IRM activities and schedule for underground utilities and services.
Regular check and follow up on security incident reports and damages to the property for further action and resolution.
Manages Insurance claims process on accidental damages to property.
Conduct site visits along with service provider to ensure all notable issues are attended.
Ensure that the nominated facilities Management Company provides the services as agreed.
Visit site for all issues related to the common area on daily basis.
Complete follow on PR raised & coordination for site execution of works until completion.
Follows up on snag lists/ taking over snag lists.
Maintain records of maintenance and prepare reports to management.
Prioritize and plans tasks well and complete tasks within set deadlines.
Prepare and monitor yearly budget on respected assigned community.
Ensures high level customer service.
Coordinates with Service provider for any lack of maintenance/schedule adjustments.
Computer programming and planning.
.Follow up the authorities and coordinating with the different external authorities.
Handling administrative correspondences and controlling documents.
Maintenance works for (HVAC works, landscaping, elevators, pools, facilities Managements).
Follow up the works and direct the supervisor.
Job responsibilities:
Complete facilities and maintenance management for First Gulf Bank properties including Of 890 Units distributed in Abu Dhabi and Alain Cities.
*490 Villas for the For the National Housing Loans Projects (Abu Dhabi).
* 30 Villas (Alraha Gardens Project)… 25 Villas (Seashore Project).
*40 Villas (Alain)… Meli Iran Bank Building (Alain).
*Cairo Bank Building…Sheikha Fatima Building (Alain).
* Toam Hospital Compound (88 Villas) Alain.
*UAE University Compound Alain (35 Villas).
Projects & facilities engineer/ Galadari Group / Dubai (March 2008 -August 2011)
Our scope of work including complete maintenance works (constructions, Contracts, water proof, AC works, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical works, Plumbing, security, cleaning, etc.)
Follow up Authorities (Civil defense, DEWA, Dubai municipality, others)
* Coordinating with the different external authorities.
* Handles administrative correspondences and controlling documents
* Maintenance works for (Pest control, cleaning, HVAC works, landscaping, elevators, and pools)
* Arrange the contracts with the Accredits contractors.
* Follow up the works and direct the technicians.

* 4 buildings distributing in Dubai (Bur Dubai, Diera, and Jebel Ali).
*Majara 1 and Majara 2 buildings in Sharjah.
* 42 cold stores in Alquoz Area &12 cold stores in Alrashidiya area.
* Galadari labor accommodation & 10 warehouses in Alawir Area.
*12 warehouses in Alqouz industrial…G+1 Warehouse in Jebel Ali Industrial.
* 12 Villas distributing in Dubai (Jumeira, Alwasl, Albarsha).
* Galadari mosque in jumeira…Galadari Head Office in Burdubai.
*Project management (client representative) for twin buildings in IMPZ /Jebel Ali.
