I have overseen the project to redesign and restructure the Finance Department of Shared Services in Oman for all finance and accounting-related tasks and am responsible for ensuring that the new organization and all newly created rules and procedures are followed. I managed a complicated group of internal and external stakeholders and regularly communicated with them, submitted reports, clarified needs, and so on. I also oversaw tasks related to banks, such as monitoring and initialing all bank-related papers before the relevant signatories sign them, maintaining bank facilities, and monitoring and controlling cash flow. I am involved in analyzing financial reports and data and presenting conclusions to senior management and working directly with the regional CEO on cash flow management and fund-raising plans. Assists in analyzing operating unit results for each month and assists in developing appropriate follow-up and business responses. Performs monthly assessment and follow-up of operating unit reporting and capital expenditure within the region. Coordinates and leads the development of budgets and financial forecasts and prepares monthly management reports and audited financial statements.

Key achievements/projects
The completion of the ERP pre-implementation phase includes conducting a thorough gap analysis and establishing specific system requirements, as well as planning and developing integration and preparing for data migration.
Successful completion of a complete reorganization of the Group's Finance shared services department based in Oman. Project tasks included the creation of simplified procedures and regulations while maintaining the highest level of internal control without compromising corporate operations.
Created departmental SOPs and performed the necessary gap analysis for the Oracle R12 ERP implementation

By properly invoicing clients, the company was able to recover 90% of the invoiced work and subsequently recover tens of millions of dollars in accruals for these receivables. This was my Green Belt Lean Six Sigma project.
I led the collections team and increased collections by 13% year-on-year, while maintaining receivables at the same level as previous years, despite billing € 45 million more in previous years because the old unbilled receivables issue was resolved.
Assisted in the development of long-term business strategies by using information and data on market trends and sentiments to identify opportunities and key corrective and preventive actions.
Completion of the scoping and GAP analysis study for the implementation of \[Oracle WIP module\] and other software and creation of a comprehensive CRM software implementation strategy, taking into account ROI, cost-benefit and other studies.
