New Tasks: • Representing Biomedical department in project meetings
• Managing & Monitoring Schedule & Project time line.
• Supervise Pre- Installation arrangements.
• Receive & Discuss any Change requests from User side.
• Making all communication arrangements with all stakeholders involved in projects.
• Leading internal communication between Biomedical department sub-divisions as well as communications with ATC other departments.
• Following up Service annual contracts as well as new additions to contracts.
• Preparing offers, bids, and quotations as per as the specifications mentioned in tenders.

Service Tasks: All below tasks apply to Biomedical Department solutions and equipments ( Anesthesia Care
stations, Ventilators, Portable Ventilators, Patient Monitors, MR compatible life support
machines, Central Stations, Suction machines, defibrillators, ECG machines, Syringe & Infusion
pumps, Home care ventilators)
• Supervise Pre-Installation preparations as per as the global standards.
• Perform System Installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Handling technical support to sites and, emergency calls
• Performing the preventive maintenance and systems calibrations
• Reporting technical issues & Feedbacks to suppliers (GE, WEINMANN, STEPHAN, MIPM,
Stephan, etc)
• Applying Software & Hardware upgrades to existing devices, as well as FMI procedures.
• Maintain high degree of satisfaction as well as strong relations with end-user, and biomedical engineering departments.
Project Tasks: • Team member for projects related to Bio Medical Department.
• Attending regular project meetings.
• Insure smooth installation and deliveries as per as project schedule.
