Working in ADNOC Offshore procurement division in the role of Electrical materials cataloguing.
Spare Part Interchangeability Record(SPIR) cataloguing based on ADNOC Offshore protocols and procedures
Material identifying based on their categories such as operational spares, general item, chemicals, consumables and insurance items.
Validate, control and load information into item masters using existing Maximo template in accordance with the protocols of cataloguing procedures.
Maintain material data integrity and accuracy.
To identify and link the spares to associate asset equipment.
Understand and identify Value Assurance Process (VAP) requirements coordinate with user.
A Grade electrical contractors undertaking EHT HT LT electrical contracts including design, detailed engineering, supervision, supply of HT switchgears, transformers, MV panels, DBs, cables, Light fittings, LAs & earthing materials.
Major Duties: Deigned, installation and te electrical equipment, Upgraded and maintained electrical equipment in residential & commercial properties, Maintained and repaired installed electrical systems.
The Last Five Years working as Testing Engineer in Saudi Arabia. I could participate with Professional team in a number of Project in Aramco, Sabic and Saudi Electricity Company substation Project also. Now am looking a well Establishment for developing my Carrier as a Electrical Engineer.
• Preparation & submission of equipment test procedure for Electrical testing activities
• Ensure construction works are performed in accordance with project technical specifications.
• Follow the electrical systems rules and procedures in order to ensure an accurate installation, Identify milestones, schedule the work and monitor deadlines, Submit daily reports to Project Engineer
• Provide documents and approved drawings
• Coordinate with client and third party for all the testing & commissioning activities
• Arrange all important supporting documents for T&C before start of work as per Test Plan
• Coordinate meeting requirements and communicate with meeting venue
• Check about defects or incomplete works in the site which are reported by the Client.
• Take preventive or corrective actions against potential issues, Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and vendors, others in professional manner.
• Testing of Auxiliary relays, Circuit Breakers, CT, VT, Power Transformer, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Bus Bar.
• Power/ Auxiliary/ Grounding Transformers (Upto 150MVA).
• Circuit Breakers & Disconnectors (380V LV CBs to 380KV HV CBs).
• Switch Gears (Indoor Swgrs from 11KV to 69KV).
• GIS (11KV to 380KV), SF6 Gas Quality Check, Surge arrestors.
• Low Voltage Distribution boards (ACDB/DCDB) with ATS Schemes.
• Batteries and Battery Chargers/ Thyristor bridge Rectifiers.
• 150MVA Power Transformers (Siemens, Areva, ABB, Hyundai, Hyosung), LV System.
• Auxiliary Transformers2500KVA (Hyosung, Siemens, Wescosa, GE).
• Preparation & submission of Construction Method Statements for Electrical works.
• Preparation, submission and further clarification of break up quantity & price for progress invoice / billing.
• Preparation of Incentive programs for workers and monitor the progress.
• Conduct meeting with Supervisor and foreman bi weekly basis for hiring and instructions regarding work progress.
• Manage entire site activities of assigned projects at different places and plan work for timely completion.
• Supervise execution of works, including construction, operations and maintenance activities at project site.
• Issue instructions to contractor for their action to comply with the construction contract time and quality requirements. Report on contractor’s activities on site with respect to quality.
