- Order the projects based on priorities in coordination with the work group to schedule Projects in main Plan.
- Discuss and review the offers before submission to the client.
- Discuss and review the Design and drawings required for projects.
- Follow-up projects from A to Z.
- Follow-up to the performance of technical teams and find out their problems.
- Work on efficiency and performance development of technical teams.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure that work in an appropriate manner.
Its core business revolves around the following:
- Managing, schedule & Planning projects.
- Do Projects Plan with estimated timetable.
- Do Job Orders to Engineers.
- Do Design and Technical Proposals.
- Discuss projects progress with Engineers in order to fix the problems.
- Follow up Engineers and Technicians in order to remove obstacles onsite.
- Follow up projects progress.
- Coordination between the Technical Department which I manage and the other sections of the company as purchases, sales, accounts and management departments.
- Coordinate with other companies participating with us in the project completion.
