Work Group + Electromechanical Work Group); typical responsibilities include; regulatory compliance and establish
quality procedures, including the updating defects databases, training employees, and assigning project quality
assurance tasks.

• Spearheaded the deployment of reviewing potential contractors’ quality plans and QMS status, that assisted
procurement team in supplier’s performance evaluation for the better selection
• Developed, implemented, and monitored continuous, ongoing fresh Saudi engineers training, resulting in 100 % of
the ANM Fresh Saudi Engineers Program awareness, 15% of overall consortium’s knowledge transfer plan
requirement
• Significantly increased the efficiency of Salini Impregilo Saudi branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by
taking on additional responsibilities with Salini Impregilo corporate quality team, the typical responsibilities
include; reviewing Salini Impregilo Saudi branch SOPs against Salini Impregilo corporate office SOPs, specifying
the steps, developing the parameters and validating the acceptance criteria
Monitored and tracked the execution of program quality strategy and relevant programs and initiatives and defined and
implemented the quality assurance framework, verified the compliance with quality standards and quality requirements
and acted as a liaison with contractors and internal Ministry of Housing departments on quality related matters
