• Preparing and monitoring the full bidding processes in addition to the evaluation and scoring sheets which includes the full commercial and technical criteria’s focusing on all project’s aspects and related requirements.
• Managed operation and maintenance related requirements of spare parts and new heavy and small equipment for 200+ branches by setting up spare parts supply agreements of over 15 fixed price agreements.
• Managed maintenance related requirements of preventive maintenance for 200+ branches by setting up 12 AMC agreement for 5 different categories (FFS, Refrigeration, HVAC, RO and Sliding Door).
• Developed & Managed property management contracts for 950+ line shops kingdom wide in terms of outsourcing the available property management companies in the Saudi market and preparing the evaluation sheets accordingly for selection purpose with the concerned department.
• Developing & Managing the full contracts set ups and coordinating between project’s managers and the project’s consultants, construction contractors, heavy equipment’s suppliers, interior fixtures vendors, etc for approx. of 30 commercial building projects with a total budget of 100 million SAR which they contain retrofit, expansion, reduction and new openings branches.
• Led a project to reduce the cycle time of awarding a contractor, consultant and heavy equipment supplier by taking into consideration the best value for money approach.
• Visiting and evaluating all listed vendors and constructional contractors to assure the capabilities and the readiness to meet Panda’s requirements.
• (Procurement Project Manager): Manage, Monitor, and Report all project activities till to closing the project.

• Build a Procurement Department with Supply system from scratch (Cortina Factory).
• Led a projects of material localization to reduce supply chain costs, more flexibility, better Leadtime and minimized risk.
• Led a lean project to eliminate the unnecessary materials in the production.
