Employee Relations:-
* Take regular visit to the retail outlet and meeting with staffs in order
to understand the grievances, requests and suggestions.
* Supervising HR team to handle staff Grievances and deliver proper
solutions for the issues.
* Conducting one on one meeting with staffs if they have any
concerns.
Employee Welfare & Administration:-
* Approving staff loan based on the company policy and get
approval from top management if the requested loan amount is
beyond the authority of HR Department
* Facilitating donation for staffs for house construction, medical
treatment and kids’ education etc.
* Planning and executing employee activities such as employee
birthday, marriage anniversary, Picnic and sports activity.
* Coordinating and finalising staff accommodation.
* Ensure staff’s workmen compensation and medical insurance
HR Planning and budgeting
* Plan and budget new project manpower requirements and
execute.
* Prepare and submit annual HR budget and submit
recommendation to the Management
Recruitment, Selection and Induction:-
* Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the
best talent according to the competency mapping from diverse
sources after Manpower Planning and identification of Manpower
requirements.
* Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads
of different functional & operational areas and conducting
selection interviews.
* Designing induction for the staffs and assigning HR staffs for
conducting induction.
* Offer Management

HR EXECUTIVE

Compensation & Benefits
* Evaluate the market and study the competitor to design best
compensation to the staffs.
* Design a pay band to the staffs
* Plan best compensation and benefit metrics in order to attract
best talents to the company.
Performance Management:-
* Initiating Performance Appraisal Process of employees along with
their reporting manager
* Handling confirmations reviews and taking care of training analysis
for those unable to clear the confirmation.
Statutory Legal Compliance:-
* Managing team of three PROs in order to make sure all trade
license activities are completed.
* Supervising new license activities and ADAFSA approval for new
supermarket.
* Monitoring all the vehicle registration and insurance are renewed
and updated.
* Coordinating with Lawyer for any case related to labour or
Municipality.
Achievements
* Introduced and implemented HCM software in the organisation.
* Managed to open 11 supermarket successfully
* Drive recruitment activity to hire more than 600 staffs in 2 years
time.
* Introduced employee welfare activity to the company for first time
in company history
* Introduced training and development activity
* Introduced 10 days employee evaluation activity
