- Responsible for administering all compensation and benefits related functions including but not limited to variable and guaranteed pay, social security and insurance, and bonus plans, in compliance with procedures in place and propose changes and exceptions to policies in addition to extra assigned tasks such as internal recruitment, legal compliance & labor law, and personnel to name a few
- My analytical, customer focus, governmental relations, and performance appraisal skills helped me reduce the error margin with social security establishment to become 0-1% and participate in increasing job satisfaction for employees by conducting job satisfaction surveys that resulted in career changes for about 85% of the participating staff
