responsible for supervising mechanical workers and making sure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, Implemented the execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs, planning, and scheduling of work projects; adjusting work schedules in response to changing priorities; and for the purpose of maximizing customer service and efficient and effective operations
Supervise the maintenance, Operations, Performance and the rig up of the Triplex pump, Nitrogen Pump and C-Pump before and during the job.
Supervise the mixing of the liquids as instructed by the client and ensure that its match the specification.
Arrange the equipment’s of each operations around the well head as per as the standards of Schlumberger.
Assisting the team in the tools installation, as well as providing assistance to the main supervisor for operating the coil tubing cabin.
Ensures that the correct People, Equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from Standards and with contingency plans in place.
Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client. Recognizes risks associated with the operation, and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible.
Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site, and initiates the district's Management of Change procedure(s).
Ensures preventive maintenance on Coiled Tubing equipment is performed as per Standards and that in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.
Coaches and mentors less experienced employees.
Responsible for maintaining and updating inventory as per activity requirements
Communicates effectively with management, client and crew in the planning, coordination and execution.
Advises on specific servicing problems and recommends use of specialized tools, techniques, and services.
Ensures the Coiled Tubing Equipment is maintained and operated within guidelines and policies
Ensures that paper work is completed and turned in on a timely fashion
Applying HSE laws and precautionary measures best applicable on site.
Completing all the reports related to the job and the duties and linked to the safety/quality, such as HSE, SQ, OI and Suggestions reports on monthly basis. (RIR Reports).
