Encode new customers and follow up existing customers
listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to increase the sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries and chasing each deal
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the deals
Gathering market and customer information
Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Perform customer needs analyses and develop key account strategies
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers.
Co-ordinate with branches / Head Office for movement of vehicles
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports based on target
Visiting the customer sites if required like Corporate Institutions, Government Offices, Rent-A-Cars, etc.
Assisting my brand manager for some duties need to be following on time
Chasing the sales team and advising them as supervision to get the best result of the sales
